I marvel at the inspiring “stuff” you share

Thank you for reaching out to me.  I wanted you to know that your messages pulled me out of severe depression.  You came at a time when the person I trusted most had decided I was no longer required in his life. My self esteem was at an all time low,  but you came along, like the proverbial rainbow.  Your beautiful messages made me realize that I was a part of I AM, a facet of the Divine Truth.  You held my hand and walked the way with me.  I know now, that I AM one with the Cosmic Heart and I rejoice in His [Its] Love for me. I feel I have finally connected with the Universal Conciousness - The Source. A lot of emotions like fear, worry, suffering seem to have disappeared.  I am at total peace, my heart is open to share the love within me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I came to Ingerid and John with a lot of preconceived notions of what an enlightened being was, and everything else in existence for that matter. Yet I can honestly say that nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to experience. The effortless, gentle, loving energies in their presence along with their wisdom gently pierced a hole in the bubble of anger and fear that was controlling my life and the relationship I had with my surroundings and gently allowed me to fall into the loving caring presence of the nothingness that I AM. Although no words can justify the sensation I have right now, I can say this. I realized that I am not my body, I am the awareness that observes it, and this awareness is without limits. It is gentle and in love with all that is without judgment. It lives in the present. Though thought arises from it, it is not identified with its thoughts. This is what I AM, and I am grateful for the path that has lead me to Ingerid and John, and the gifts that I have created through them. If you find resonance in their writings, I can only recommend that you follow it and allow your own freedom to manifest. You have waited long enough.
