If Attention is focused through the mind, the tendency will be to analyse and try to ‘fix’ what is imperfect [to it - lacking Love]. This is an endless task since what it ‘believes’ is real … is an ever-changing play of opposites that can ‘never’ be reconciled. At best a temporary ‘balance’ is achieved and this the mind calls ‘love’.
If your Attention is on that which is experienced as JOY [not simply happiness], the LOVE YOU are will be revealed.
