To speak ‘as’ the ONE SELF ‘YOU Are’ is blasphemy to the false self who ever seeks to maintain its grip as a separate identity called ‘me’. This does NOT mean the SELF is promoting the body it wears as ‘someone’ special. There ‘is’ no special without ‘levels’ and ONE has no levels.

ITs ‘attention’ is simply on the ONE SELF ‘IT is’ through ITs dialogue [written or spoken] when IT is not Silent. Attention ‘expands’ experience of what is focused upon without any reference to ‘How-To’s’. There is no effort required … the SELF [YOU Are] is ever-Present and is simple to experience ‘as’ the Real YOU when there is NO ‘attachment’ to the dream most call reality. This is ‘simply’ BEING.
