Laughing is a conduit through which the Love You Are ‘flows’ without effort. It is the first expression of the ONE SELF. ‘As’ the ONE SELF it is natural to laugh no matter what is happening. Laughing until you cry is a sure sign of the release of victim-hood.
The value of a smile cannot be calculated … it influences others [there are no others] to question their sorrow. Watch children - giggles are contagious. It is difficult to frown where there is laughter.
When you realize that the world most call reality really ‘is’ a dream, it becomes very easy to find yourself often in laughter.
