A belief is a mental construct and can change. Truth does not change.
A belief has a beginning and ending. Truth is timeless and simply IS.
A belief has doubt mixed with faith. Truth is unshakable.
Believing that the world-universe is a dream does not engender Freedom.
Knowing the world-universe is a dream ‘is’ Freedom.
Once this knowing arises, the life that was experienced changes forever. However, it is Freedom ‘with’ baggage because the ‘conditioning [expectations, attachments and identifications] is still present. One steps ‘off’ the stage and into the audience, but awareness is still IN the theater of illusions ‘watching’ it play out. The conditioning that constructed the body-mind-identity AND from that a unique world-universe still continues to ‘project’ these images into experience.
Absolute Freedom, the kind that beings like Jesus experience(d) with his last words: “It is finished”, requires ALL conditioning to dissolve. When this Freedom with baggage arises one’s sole real purpose is to eliminate conditioning. For this the direct route is Self Inquiry/Surrender.
