The false self [individual ‘person’] has been programmed into the notion that it is ‘real’ for eons making this its most unshakable concept. Suggesting that it is ‘NOT real’ and that it must ‘dissolve’ in order for Truth to be Realized therefore seems insane to it.
As a result, in order to shake loose the veils that hide the slumbering God-SELF from the full Awareness of IT’s boundless-ness as the ONE and only Reality … there must be challenges, which in turn cause deep suffering on many levels. These serve to ‘get-the-attention’ of the Real YOU. This turning of Attention ‘from’ the Grand Dream ‘inward’ toward Truth usually requires many of these challenging experiences to shake loose this ancient belief, and the world of separation provides an abundance of these.
When you finally reach the ‘surrender-choice’ to say YES to these challenges, Grace begins to take over and allows Life to Live Life, which ‘Knows’ the way HOME. Embrace all challenges and suffering with this understanding and response and very soon HOME will appear on your horizon.
