Guilt, shame, remorse and especially – unworthiness are the underlying ‘feelings’ associated with most conditioning-triggers … the essence beneath the drama of the ongoing ‘stories’ that get one’s attention. But ‘who’ is it that ‘has’ these feelings? It is the world-narrative that generates these trigger-feelings, which are ‘registered in the mind of an entity called ‘me’ – often accompanied by deep suffering.

If this ‘me’, this body-mind- identity, this ‘false-self’ is NOT Who YOU Really Are, then neither are these feelings. The plethora of these trigger-feelings and the Self Inquiry that dissolves them can be dramatically ‘diluted’ by the simple Awareness that the one being ‘triggered’ … is NOT YOU. The ‘lead in the balloon’ becomes weightless with a genuine understanding of this underlying Awareness.
