The love that most of humanity expresses and experiences from and to so-called ‘others’ is always filtered through the lens of ‘conditioning’ [attachments, expectations and identifications tied to memory (past) and imagination (future)]. The foundation of ‘all’ conditioning is the belief in ‘separation’ and from that the belief in scarcity arises and the fear associated with that belief. The false self belief that there is NOT enough of ‘everything’ to go around is the driving force behind the false-self-identity’s [person] coveting, grasping, scheming, manipulating, planning, plotting and all attempts to control conditions so that it will ‘get’ what it is lacking or keep what it has acquired. There is no where that these expressions exist more than with its skewed perception of love … especially oriented to sex.
All manner of bargaining occurs within this delusional dance.
Real LOVE ‘may’ be experienced, despite the false self’s tenuous grip on illusion, through such unconditioned expressions such as Nature and the early moments of Being-ness of babies who have not yet been tainted by the conditioning ‘they came in with’ and re-learned through parents, society and the general environment. Real LOVE is ‘totally without conditions’ of any kind, expects nothing, expresses effortlessly and abundantly and recognizes fully from the Heart [not mentally] that everything ‘is’ LOVE and that what IT gives is an ‘extension ‘of IT SELF 'to' IT SELF. One must be FREE for this to be an unbroken experience.
