When one says: “my mind” … who is it that ‘has’ a mind? The body-mind-identity is what most believe is ‘who’ they are … this ‘me’ or person. This kind of ‘self-talk’, whether spoken, written or thought is a subtle and insidious instrument of coercion and confusion the false self [the mind] uses to convince and reinforce the belief that you are ‘it’.
There is no more important question to ask than “Who am I?” and when used through the incredibly simple but powerfully effective Self Inquiry, will bring one to their Freedom … the remembrance of Who They Really Are [the SELF, God, ONE, Consciousness] very quickly.
