There ‘are’ no rules associated with the SELF since the world of opposites borne of the belief in separation, does not exist to IT.
When separation dominates one’s experience there is ‘contrast’ and with it comes ‘imbalance’. From there guidelines are required to try to make this illusion conform to some kind of equilibrium or harmonic resonance … the false self ‘hopes’. These guidelines constitute the never ending library of rules and regulations that confine the little illusory divided individual called a person.
When one returns to the Awareness of Who they Really Are as the SELF, spontaneity guides each moment as they navigate the Grand Dream seamlessly.
