While the term ‘seeker’ is very popular among those in the global spiritual community, as long as there is a seeker … there is separation - and Truth [the SELF] is ONE.
Seeking the ONE SELF acknowledges that there is something ‘other than’ IT, together with distance and time to cover to reach IT ‘from’ that illusory ‘other’.
Simply focusing on the SELF as ever-Present acknowledges IT only.
This is why every sacred teaching speaks of Silence or silencing the mind, which is the ‘dream-source’ of the fictional ‘other’.
