In its proper place the mind is an ‘operating system’ … NOT the tyrannical entity disguised as a person trying to ‘control’ the illusions it manifests – the roller coaster of happiness and sorrow, which defines the dream world it calls reality.
When the ONE SELF YOU Really Are becomes fully Aware of IT SELF, IT lives ‘IN the dream world but ‘not’ OF it’. IT has no attachments or identification with the dream, observing it but not being molested ‘by’ it. The false self [mind] is constantly assaulted ‘by’ the dream that reflects ‘precisely who it believes it is.
The mind, being an illusory ‘construct’ of thoughts emanating from the primal belief in separation, seeks Truth but never finds IT since that would mean its own demise. The ONE SELF uses the ‘Surrendered’ mind to seek its origin [Who am I] through Self Inquiry, and this direct route HOME ultimately dissolves the dysfunctional aspect of the mind … revealing the SELF ‘to’ IT SELF.
